Wes Anderson

Wesley Anderson is an American filmmaker. His films are known for their distinctive visual and narrative styles such as Fantastic Mr Fox, The Royal Tenebaums & Moonrise Kingdom.

Anderson's First movie was Bottlerocket, 1996 based on a short film that he had made with Owen and Luke Wilson. It follows a group of texans who aspire to achieve heists.
Anderson's movie 'the royal tenebaums' (2001) launched Anderson into critical success and was later ranked as one of the greatest films of all time.
In 2010, Anderson released 'Moonrise kingdom' which earned him an academy award nomination for his screenplay. Later, (in 2014) The Grand Budapest hotel. This movie became Anderson's greatest critical success, earning $175 million dollars world wide and being nominated for multiple awards.

I love Wes Andersons work, as I feel like he is extremely unique in his cinematography. It's something as a filmmaker that I strive to be like.
